Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

What do you like best? Pdfiller Allows me to quickly complete documents and get them back to people and fax them in a timely manner without having to fumbling around with scanning documents What do you dislike? No downsides other than other people at my work don't use pdffiler and are slow to get there things done What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problem of needing to complete and fax/email forms. I realized I should have never been hand completing this. Also bc I copy and paste I don't have to write a lot

What do you like best? The ease of deleting, adding and reorganizing worksheets in various units of study. What do you dislike? Sometimes when having to edit the same PDF to set it up to where there is only one student's report in a PDF at a time. It saved over the original document and I would have to reupload it. Recommendations to others considering the product: None, just that it can be a huge time saver for a teacher being able to edit PDFs for the classroom. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The big one has been being able to send individual progress reports to students. Our gradebook system does not save them in separate PDFs, it saves them all in one so being able to use PDF to separate them and save them individually saves me time.

A conservatorship occurs when a person or organization is authorized to care for the finances, health and assets of another person who is deemed partially or completely unable to take care of such needs. In some areas, a conservatorship is called a guardianship of the estate.
The short answer is that yes, it's possible for a conservator to make certain changes to a will. However, that does not mean they can ABUSE that authority by changing who gets what.
An LPS conservatorship only lasts one year. About 90 days before it expires, the LPS clerk in the Probate Court Clerk's Office will mail you (the conservator) a notice of expiration. The notice will say the date the conservatorship ends. The conservative also gets a notice from the Court.
