After searching for a long time for a tool that transfers pdf's into files that I could use on my MacBook Pro, I finally found one that works very well. I'm happy

What do you like best?
The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone.

Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.

This is my first time using pdfFiller
This is my first time using pdfFiller. It is an amazing software and make it much easier to anyone to complete required forms.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

Is FBI same as tax ID?
A federal EIN stands for federal employer tax ID number. A Unified Business Identifier (FBI) is unique to businesses in Washington state. EIN is issued by the IRS used for Federal tax purposes such as employment taxes and income taxes.
Who needs a FBI number?
You need a FBI if you meet 1 or more of the following criteria: Your business grosses $12,000 or more per year. You're doing business using a name other than your full legal name. You plan to hire employees within the next 90 days.

Submit your WA Articles of Incorporation or Certificate of Formation. For a Washington LLC or Washington corporation you can either file online or download a PDF and file by mail (see links below). Wait for confirmation. Find FBI Number.

FBI is not necessary. If you had one it would link to the state's file for your business.
Is FBI same as business license?
A FBI number is a nine-digit number that registers you with several state agencies and allows you to do business in Washington State. How do I find my FBI number?
Find FBI Number If you filed by mail, you can find your FBI number on the upper right of your formation document that you'll get back from the WA SOS. If you misplace your FBI in the future, you can always look up your company in the online Washington Corporations Search.
Where can I find my FBI number?
Visit State of Washington Business Licensing Service to print an application form or apply online for a FBI number. If your business qualifies, the State also offers a temporary FBI number. More information can be found at State of Washington Department of Revenue.
