I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. It is a necessity, I accidentally stumbled across this program. If I had not found this I would have had to hand write my entire resume. This saved me hours of work and a great presentation.

I believe the mobile experience could be improved. It's sometimes confusing when a client is prompted to download the app.
