At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. I used this for school for a month and it was great. Only reason I unsubscribed was because I didn’t need it anymore. Customer service is also 10/10

Great Functionality, Amazing Customer Support, Great Experience Overall
This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. More importantly, amazing support - the online chat response was quick (!!!), customer support staff was so friendly and understanding. Overall, such an amazing experience using this platform. Highly recommend you give it a go!

Loved the ease of this software - it saves lots of time.
This software is so so easy to use and makes filling out forms then saving those forms so much easier.
I found no cons with the use of this software. It was so easy to use and eliminated filling out by hand.
