I think it's very useful but expensive and the basic subscription does not seem adequate to perform some of the things needed at that initial level for that cost.

Negates deciphering handwriting
When filling out or reading an application or some other such document, it is hard to manage legibility. The ability to type directly into the fields of a PDF is a valuable option to avoid that.
I wish you didn't have to create an account to use it. It would be better in my opinion if you could use the software with out having to do that.

The software was actually really great and extremely useful. I didnt really experience any difficulties with it and was exactly what I needed and a quick pinch without having to install anything. There was one small issue with my account, but the support team got back to me within the same hour and resolved what I needed. Amazing all the way through.

Click the tab for the kind of record you want to create. To create an account while you create a contact, lead or opportunity, click the. Icon next to the Account field in the Quick Create form you're using. Enter values in the fields. Fields with a red bar () are required fields. Click Save.
