Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. extremely convenient and fairly easy to use, but i need to find time to sit down and learn more features other than just filling out forms and signing them. I think the vvalue of a yearly subscription is very good.

I absolutely LOVE this program. However, I hate the pop-ups with the NEXT button. This isn't a feature that I need, and is very annoying. Please add an option to turn off this feature.

Well laid out, easy to use fillable pdf program
Just downloaded this program and am impressed already. It's well laid out, easy to use, and overall a great experience. It's nice to be able to turn non-fillable pdf's into fillable ones.

Expensive for irregular user but overall excellent!
Expensive if you are an occasional user, and I wish the "fill in the blanks" were a little more automatic with alignment. But overall excellent!

When can possessor title be upgraded?
Can I upgrade my title? The registered owner of the property can apply to the Land Registry have their class of title upgraded. If you have possessor title to a property, you must wait 12 years from the original registration before you can make such an application.
Can possessor title be challenged?
By its very nature, a possessor title is subject to challenge by a person with a “better” claim to the relevant land. After land has been registered with possessor title for at least 12 years, an application can be made to the Land Registry to upgrade to absolute title.
Does possessor title affect value?
a) a possessor title can be set aside if the legal owner applies to the Land Registry with the necessary deeds to prove ownership of the property. Because of this, a possessor title is not a good and marketable title and this is likely to affect the value of the property.
Can absolute title be challenged?
An absolute title, also known as a perfect title, to a property is free of any encumbrances or deficiencies. An absolute title gives unequivocal right of ownership to the owner, and cannot be disputed or challenged by anyone else. This is opposed to titles with liens, attachments or judgments against them.
How long does it take to get possessor title?
In order to acquire possessor title based on adverse possession it will be necessary to demonstrate to the land registry that you have occupied the land with an intention to possess to the exclusion of others, openly and without payment or consent, for at least 12 years.
What does a possessor title mean?
A Possessor Title refers to the ownership of land to someone who does not hold the deeds to document his ownership, specifically because those documents do not exist due to them being lost or destroyed.
How do I upgrade my title from a leasehold to absolute?
the lessor's title and, where they are not the freeholder, title to any other diversionary titles up to and including the freeholder. The diversionary titles are registered with absolute title.
Can you upgrade good leasehold title?
