Just like last year! I must file my church's taxes for our employees every year. I found this site last year. I love it! I prints the information I need. I can make copies and send it. I could send directly to IRS but chose not to do that route!!

Excellent tools Excellent tools. I tried it today on one form on free trial. I won't carry on with the subscription because I find the prices really high and I rarely need this type of service. Also, I don't like the deceiving ways of this business where they make you believe it's all free with no commitments until after you've spent the time to edit the document. When you try to download or print etc that's when you are stopped and asked to choose a subscription and give your bank details.

In broad terms, you calculate a lease by determining and adding the depreciation fee, plus a monthly sales tax and a financing fee. If you're looking to calculate your payment manually, here is the formula: This is your depreciation amount. Divide the depreciation amount by the number of months in your lease.
Inclusion amount is an additional amount of income that a taxpayer may have to report if he or she leased a vehicle or other property for business purposes. The inclusion amount must be reported if the fair market value of the leased asset exceeds a certain threshold.
You can deduct the business percentage of your lease payments. For leased vehicles, the limit on the monthly lease payment that you can deduct is $800 per month plus HST, which works out to a maximum of $9,600 in expenses that are tax-deductible annually.
You can only deduct the part of your lease payments that are for the business use of the vehicle. When you choose the actual expense method, you may also be able to deduct other vehicle-related costs, such as depreciation, maintenance, repairs, gas, insurance and registration fees.
Car leases require that an inclusion amount be included for every year that a vehicle is leased, while other properties need an inclusion amount only if the business usage drops to 50% or less during the year. This amount must be considered by taxpayers that have leased a vehicle for a term of 30 days or more.
If you use the standard mileage rate for a leased vehicle, the lease payment amount is not deductible. If you use the actual expenses' method, leased vehicles are not depreciated. Instead, the business portion of the lease payment is deducted.
The structure you chose when you established your LLC will determine the tax form on which you should record your car lease expense. Sole proprietorship LCS use Schedule C of Form 1040, while partnership LCS use Form 1165. If your LLC is treated as an S-corporation, file your car lease expense on Form 1120S.
