PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. this makes filling out medical forms sooo much easier. I can fill them out and email them back without needing to print them and rescan or fax them back. Thank you for this wonderful software !
So this being a followup review I can tell you I still love it as much as I did before. I was able to use it to fill out medical forms and also a form for a winter retreat. The only drawback to this PDFfiller.com is the cost.

It's was to use. PDF filler is user friendly.

I wish I could change the location of saved files. Everything saves to downloads even when I choose desktop.

I had used a free trial to recomplete a teacher application. However, I ended up cancelling when I didn't find it to be as user friendly as I thought it would be . I was charged when the one-month subscription was up and wrote to let them know I had a snip of my cancelled screen.They were very responsive and I was able to get a full refund. "

Twice a year I need to turn a pdf form into a fillable form. I don't need a subscription for such a minimal need. I wish there was truly a free way to do this without creating a trial subscription.

Hi everyone, my name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can edit a PDF using Microsoft Word, and as full disclosure before we jump into this, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. All right, well let's jump on the desktop. Here I am on my desktop, and I have a PDF file called certificate. I'm going to go ahead and click on that and I have this nice certificate that I found online. It's a PDF file and I run a company and I have some employees who I want to celebrate. You know, instead of giving people a pay raise, I'm just going to give him this paper certificate and hopefully that makes them satisfied with this company. No, really, I'd probably just give him more money, I think that makes people happy and maybe throw the certificate in too, but here's the certificate and unfortunately, it's a PDF and I can't edit the name of the recipient. I can't type anything down here. I can't type in a date. It's kind of annoying how it's hard to edit PDFs, I wish I could just open it and just start typing. But luckily, it's pretty easy to do if you have Microsoft Word. OK, so I'm going to go ahead and let's close this certificate for now, and I'm going to open up Microsoft Word. Now this is the latest version of Word. This comes with Office 365, but if you have an older version as well, this should probably work, I can't guarantee it, I just know that it works with the most recent recent copy of Word, so I'm on the Word home screen here, and it's actually very simple to open this PDF. So, I'm going to click on the certificate, and I could just drag that over to Word. As an alternative, I could also go to open, and I could find where the file is on my PC, but I'm going to go with the easy approach. We're simply going to drag and drop the certificate over. Now I get this long message here and I know it's very easy to just always click OK when you see a message, but basically all it's telling me that it's going to do is it's going to take that PDF and it's going to convert that into a Word document, and it'll be optimized for me to edit. Oooh, edit is what I want to do, that sounds good, and it might not look exactly like the original PDF, especially if the original PDF contains a lot of graphics. OK, sounds reasonable. Let's give it a shot. So, I'm going to click on OK and I could also set it so it never shows me that message again. So, we're going to click on OK, and let's see here. So, here's the certificate I just showed you as a PDF, and the nice thing now is, look at that. I can just type letters on this PDF. I can modify it. So, let's say for my company, the first winner of the employee of the month is Kevin Stratvert. No better person to win then the owner of the company. Now I'm sure that's going to improve morale of all of my employees, so I'm just going to make sure that's nice and centered. So, there it is, awarded to Kevin Stratvert, and...
