This is a very good program but the monthly fee is high. It would be well worth the cost if you were filling out hundreds of pdfs each month, but for one or two forms, it's hard to justify the expense.

I originally subscribed to the website confused about how much the yearly subscription cost. I was able to cancel my subscription, get a refund and finish up working on my documents. All in all, after the 30 days free is up, I think I will subscribe to the 19.99$/month. Very helpful site and service!

It has been great. It was a little difficult figuring out how to make it work. Having a delete button for the symbols and a spellcheck would be nice. I'm not complaining though. Being able to edit pdfs is EXTREMELY helpful!

Works for everything Overall I am a fan of the software. I know not everything is supposed to work 100% of the time and things will happen so that doesn't deter me from using the software or recommending it someone else. I liked the ability to install and go, this software worked for getting documents in, filling them out, and getting them back out. I like the options and the ability to even save some data. Sometimes it has crashed or felt a little clunky. I am unsure if it is saving the data but during the saving process it has crashed on me and that is something i wasn't as much a fan of.

Great support from the team, especially Kara Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. Its been great. I am sorry to say I will not be able to do the full year as I needed a PDF on the emergency for some VA forms, but you saved my bacon for a low price... so long as the unsubscribing goes smooth. Thanks again.

I would only add that when adding text to the editor, it can be moved without blocking the height. Sometimes the PDF blocks the location of the text and it is difficult to align it with the original text.

The notification must be provided prior to the opening of the account. The notice can be provided orally, by posting a notice in the lobby where customers will be likely to see it, on a website, signs on desks, etc.
A Customer Identification Program (CIP) is a United States requirement, where financial institutions need to verify the identity of individuals wishing to conduct financial transactions with them and is a provision of the USA Patriot Act.
A bank's CIP must include record keeping procedures. At a minimum, the bank must retain the identifying information (name, address, date of birth for an individual, TIN, and any other information required by the CIP) obtained at account opening for a period of five years after the account is closed.
The CIP rule requires that a bank retain the identifying information obtained about the customer at the time of account opening for five years after the date the account is closed or, in the case of 7-Page 8 credit card accounts, five years after the account is closed or becomes dormant.
For most compliance officers, however, the term KYC refers to the CIP phase of AML onboarding. CIP involves gathering information. What is Customer Identification Procedure? Customer identification means identifying the customer and verifying his/ her individuality by using reliable, independent source documents, data or information.
The CIP rule applies to a customer, generally, a person that opens a new account. 31 C.F.R. § 103.121(a)(3)(i).
Requirements. The Customer Identification Program is intended to enable the bank to form a reasonable belief that it knows the true identity of each customer. The CIP must include new account opening procedures that specify the identifying information that will be obtained from each customer.
