I had a lot of difficulty paying. I put in my info and believed I was signed up but I was not - only registered. I had to put credit card info in again

It was really easy to modify the text but it didn't allow for modifying the form itself. When I ran out of blocks (Employee Review Form), I couldn't add any lines to the bottom or even take away some of the "Reviewer comments" to give me space to add more lines for categories.

Easy Auto-Renew Subscription Refund
Like most sites that offer small services with yearly or monthly subscriptions, you most likely run into the "auto renew subscription" headache. While it is frustrating (as this happened to me with PDFfiller), it is always nice to have a little forgiveness. Before I disputed the transaction with my bank I "calmly" contacted PDFfiller support asking if I could be refunded for this un-consented transaction of $72. It only took 5 mins with customer support to give me a full refund. And for that hasty/easy relief they gave me (as well as a refund with no questions asked) I give them 5 stars. Also, not to mention, it is a great PDF filling software.

I believe it's the best PDF Editor out there I really love using it especially when i'm not able to fix things in Adobe Acrobat I use this site and it gets the job done perfectly

I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. So far I love this service! Only had some tech issues yesterday and they were addressed quick by your tech support. I love the layout, it's very easy to navigate, and the editing options on the top bar also make it super easy to check, sign, and type just about anywhere in the document. I love it!
