I live in Philadelphia SEPTA is not running because of contract issues but my military ask that I complete a form and send it to them within five days or I would be subject to pay large amount. Since I could use PDF Filler that lets me fax , signed update all at once I made the deadline without leaving my home ... I am very grateful for this software that came into my life just as I needed it. It is easy to use and I love how it saves my work automatically so I do not LOSE it. Some many times with website document editors online, I have been been disappointed after working for hours on a form, to have it just disappear. NOT HERE. Every single time the system has gotten disconnected due to WIFI issues at my home or because the PDF filler webpage needed to refresh, ALL MY WORK was SAVED. Love it.

I like the system is very powerful and I can do a lot more things with formulas and programming features. I need to study deep your app and you have excellent support. I want to recognize for your work a Gilbie and I want to receive a manual or guide. I'm very happy and my imagination flies with your app to do a lot of applications.

The interface is reasonably intuitive…
The interface is reasonably intuitive and everything works right, as far as I can tell. One note: To move a field, select and hold the symbol for move in the box just above the field, not the box itself. In other words, the symbol is the handle.

Accounting Assistant
This software made it easy for me to complete a single 1099-MISC that i needed and that i wasn't able to use my current software for. I was able to quickly create the document and send it out to the necessary party on a time crunch.
This would not be good to use for a large amount of 1099's but, it did meet my needs.

Their customer service is excellent. A payment was automatically made from my credit card. However, after talking to the customer service, I got my refund which I never thought would be possible.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

What do you like best?
This platform is an online pdf editor, electronic signature manager and creator of PDF forms, you can send them by fax, obtain complete copies of the PDF forms sent and signed, you can also automatically extract data from Excel, CRM or database data. Share the documents by email, social networks and you can also place them on your company website.
What do you dislike?
We have not had any problems with this platform, the performance has been satisfactory, the pdf files are relatively basic and do not present any type of error, it seemed a good option after using other platforms with negative results, but this has been totally different.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is fully recommended, the results obtained have been very gratifying and satisfactory. You simplify a large part of the work that allows you to save time even you maintain a constant work flow. Share documents through email, social networks among others. In general it is very complete and a good option for all companies.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use PDFfiller, to obtain and receive forms from our clients, sending e-mail is excellent to communicate, this drastically reduces follow-up time and interaction failures with our work team. We also obtained a significant increase in work flow since I simplified the handling of many documents such as W-4 in addition to insurance renewals and bank authorizations. We perform a conversion of file formats such as Word to Pdf daily and with ease, we are happy with the results.
