What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company

The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.

The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

PDFfiller in a medical office
Overall, very pleased with the program. Love the east of use, wish the file saving was a little easier.
I like being able to upload patient forms that need completed (i.e. FMLA or short term disability) and completing neatly with PDFfiller, instead of handwriting, etc.
I love the east of emailing or faxing directly from the program as well. The confirmation of receipt or email being read is nice.
Some times the text boxes are difficult to line up or get placed properly but I really feel with more use I will become better with these small tweaks.

Having to download documents to my computer instead of being able to directly email to myself without a code

Can I see who edited a Word document?
View Document Properties in Word To view properties for an open document in Word, click the File tab and click on Info. On the right side of the window, the document properties are listed, including the Last Modified date, the date the document was Created, the Author, and the number of Words in the document.
How do I turn on audit logs?
In the Security & Compliance Center, go to Search > Audit log search. A banner is displayed saying that auditing has to be turned on to record user and admin activity.
Click Turn on auditing.
How do I check audit logs?
Navigate to the file/folder for which you want to view the audit logs. Click Audit Logs. Or right-click the file or folder and select Audit Logs. Apply the time filter for which you want to view the user activity on a specific file or folder.
How do I find SharePoint audit logs?
How to view the Audit Log Report. You can view the audit log report by going to the 'site actions' menu and clicking 'site settings'; from there click 'modify all site settings'; In the 'Site Collection Administration' section, select 'Audit log reports'; then select the type of report you need.
How often should audit logs be reviewed?
While most logs are covered by some form of regulation these days and should be kept as long as the requirements call for, any that are not should be kept for a minimum period of one year, in case they are needed for an investigation.
