My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. Very Helpful Product This product has been very helpful when a document only comes in PDF Form and I need to fill it out on my computer. The layout is a bit confusing and the website is not easy to use. Sometimes the text of documents gets squished together.
