PDFfiller is a very easy to use software in which I can easily edit the documents in PDF format. This tool saves every document in the cloud, so wherever you go, your documents are always with you. It also has feature to sign the documents and also making the templates is an easy job.

PDFfiller takes too much time when it comes to adding a file to edit it, it takes so much time to open the file. Also the price is a bit high as compared to the number of features provided by it.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. I have used PDFfiller and it is a great time saver. By making any form to a can be filled. form online.. Its great to find a form that I need , but its not fillable, this fixs that... Their customer service is great, helped me the fist call..

It is a great help in editing documents, specially when there are corrections needed to be made. Files that cannot be converted to a Word or Excel file is easily edited here.

When I contacted them through their Chat feature my problem was resolved there and then. Instant response, and then follow up emails to make sure everything was ok. This is how customer service should work but so often doesn't.
