so far I like it, im just not sure the20/month is worth doing only 2 or 3 documents/month.....seems pricey to me. Maybe you should offer a per page fee.....at this point its costing me7-10.00 per page.......

An insurance overpayment is any payment that a provider receives in excess of the amount payable for a service rendered.
Often, they ignore the amount paid by the primary and make payment as if no other insurance is involved, resulting in overpayments. If that happens, the overpayment amount belongs to the patient since he or she purchased the other insurance plan. Again, the provider cannot just keep the money.
Send a letter to the insurance company making them aware that an overpayment has been made in error. You should never send a refund to an insurance company without contacting them first. Each insurance company has a process for handling overpayments and refunds. Allow them at least 30 days to respond to your letter.
Some providers are now asking for money up front towards the deductible for patients who have higher deductibles and if they've overestimated, they'll refund you. Also, insurance companies don't refund patients if you've overpaid the provider, the provider does.
State law says physicians must return any overpayment to a patient within 30 days after determining the patient has overpaid. Because the law has no minimum balance exception, you can reasonably infer that you must refund all amounts, even tiny amounts.
The thought of an insurance company taking money back is a scary one, but the good news is that it's exceedingly uncommon. ... Additionally, some insurance companies are quick to pay claims, which means they might overpay and then ask for that money back later.
When an employee has been overpaid, an overpayment recovery plan is established to provide a method by which the overpayment can be recovered. Common reasons for overpayments include: Unpaid Exception Time: leave over-usage, unauthorized or unexcused absences.
Contact the person you have overpaid immediately. Explain what has happened. Tell them that you intend to take the money out of their next wage. Ask them if this would cause any financial difficulty.
If you are receiving benefits, any overpayment is normally repaid by reducing your benefit payments. Overpayments can be recovered from most benefits you may be getting. There is a maximum rate of deduction from: Income Support.
A recoupment decision occurs which your state's labor office determines you owe money back to the state due to an unemployment overpayment. Overpayments occur when you receive unemployment benefits you were not entitled to, whether it was intentional on your part or not.
