What do you like best?
PDFfiller has helped me streamline my forms and remove paper forms for my workplace. I am now able to have all my paper forms eliminated replaced by online forms. Saves alot of paper and trees!
What do you dislike?
The think I dislike is when a user completes a form online and I am notified I have to click the email link, save the form before I am able to view in my dashboard. Be nice to just have the form in my dash ready to go without the other intermediate steps.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Definitely help streamline work and remove paper forms. Also saves me time with clients filling out new intake forms before I even see them.

Simple Way To Edit PDF Files Right on Your Computer I don't need this service too often but it is nice to have the ability to edit and fill PDF files when I do need it. It's great that you can edit, annotate and even post notes right onto the PDF files. Not too much else to tell - it just does what I need it to do. I like best the ability to edit and fill PDF files from the convenience of my own computer. The program is easy to use and provides all the functions I need. When filling in PDF forms it would be nice if the software could read the empty fields and tab directly to the appropriate locations rather than needing to manually place the cursor and then drag and drop to dial in the exact spot you want the text to land.

i find it easy to use. but i was wondering if there's a way to order a 3page document that when i wright on the first it goes through the other 2 so i can have a copy for the customer and 2 for the ofice.

Do you solemnly swear or affirm that you personally know this person as (name of person whose signature is to be notarized), and that he/she is the person named in the document to be notarized (so help you God)? Notary verbiage is a fancy way of saying Notary wording. Oaths and Affirmations might not contain any written proof of the transaction other than in the Notary journal. The Notary form where the Notary wording is documented or written is called a Notary Certificate.
Make sure you meet all of your state's qualifications. Complete and submit an application. Pay the state's filing fee. Get training from an approved education vendor (if applicable). Pass a state-administered exam (if applicable).
There are three stages to qualifying as a Notary: Academic Training, Professional Training and Appointment. There are exemptions if you apply within 5 years of these modules being studied which may mean no further examinations are required before beginning the professional training.
According to PayScale, a notary public earns an average of nearly $13 per hour. However, your income can vary, depending on your location and the type of documents you most often notarize. You might be able to command as much as $22 per hour.
Just like you would apply for a credit card or a new job, you apply to be a notary public. Only 5 states out of 50 have a mandatory notary public course, which you can take online and in the comfort of your own home. Once again, it's so easy to become a notary public. And only 7 of the 50 states require a test.
With a few exceptions, notarized documents contain five notary-specific elements: venue, the notary certificate, commission expiration date, notary signature, and notary seal.
A notarial act is any act performed by a notary public that he is authorized to do in his official capacity. Types of notarial acts include acknowledgments, affirmations, rats, copy certifications, witnessing signatures and administering oaths.
