It really helps being Paper Less. I don't need to travel to me nearest FedEx to Print job applications and drop them off at the actual location. I can just download the PDF and fill it out to send right back .

How do you stop a Word document from being printed?
You can prevent Word from printing a document by adding a small pace of code which will disable Ctrl+P, File > Print, and the Print toolbar button. From within your document (or template), click on Tools > Macros > Visual Basic Editor (or Alt+F11).
How do I turn off print?
Click the Users tab. The User List page is displayed.
Select a user. The User Details page is displayed.
In the Details area, in Enable/Disable, select the period for which you want to disable printing.
Click OK.
How do I enable print in print disabled pages?
Copy the contents of a print-disabled page by pressing the “Ctrl + A” keys together to select all text and other elements on the page.
Press the “Print Screen” key if the Web page that you want to print fits within a single browser window and does not require scrolling.
Disable JavaScript in your browser.
Tip.
Why is print greyed out PDF?
The document's creator disabled printing the document without a password. Once you get that password, you can fix the grayed out “Print” button. Get the printing password from whoever created the PDF. If you downloaded it from the Internet, return to the site hosting the PDF and see if it is listed there.
