To cancel your Zoho CRM Plus trial: Log on to https://crmplus.zoho.com/ and click your image icon displayed in the upper-right corner of the page. You'll see a panel slide to the right of the page. Navigate to the Subscription section and click the down arrow button () and then select Cancel Trial from the dropdown.
Zoho Subscriptions is your one-stop recurring billing and subscription management solution. Using Zoho Subscriptions, you can manage complex billing cycles, oversee customer subscriptions, automate invoicing and payment collection, manage failed payment retries and analyze your business growth.
To view your account subscription details, click on Subscription in the top right corner of your account homepage. The subscription page displays your subscribed plan details, like the subscribed plan, subscription ID, recurring details, etc.
You will be redirected to the payments page where you can downgrade your subscription. Click Cancel Subscription.
Click the Gear icon and select Subscription. This will take you to the Zoho Payments page, from where you can change plans, update card details or cancel your subscription.
Click on Gear icon and Subscription. In the Zoho Store page, hover over the current subscribed plan and click on Upgrade / Downgrade Plan. Next, select the plan to which you want to upgrade or downgrade to and click on Upgrade or Downgrade. Confirm your action by clicking on Confirm.
