PDF filler is user friendly. I am able to access previous years 1040 forms for clients who have had issues with their past years taxes. All of the forms are easily accessible. I enjoy using the tools available such as highlight, signing documents ect.

I struggled a bit when the form was completed because I failed to see where the "Print" button was located, but a rep from Customer Care (Paul) helped me and I was all set. Looking forward to exploring and using the PDF filler site frequently.

Amazing software Amazing software, Unreal flexibility for the price. Only thing I would change is possibly the phone numbers as we are not all in US. All in all, saves hours a week.

It is a little bit confusing on how the program works. I have been trial and error learning so far. It would be nice to get more direction and not just comment bubbles.
