Mostly I am thrilled with this service I didn't know I needed... until this week... and I needed it twice!! The form MC 030 was glitchy when it came to cut and pasting and editing the comments section. My only complaint.

I am using this service as an ex-pat in Ecuador to communicate with government services in the U.S. Not certain yet if offices like Social Security will accept forms mailed from an online-filler service, so am withholding the 5th star until I know they'll actually accept my forms.

Immediate refund received I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96. What do you like best? Really a good tool to utilize for editing and transforming the documents. What do you dislike? Erasing any content in the document is little difficult. Recommendations to others considering the product: Very good and useful product to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we used this tool mostly for the editing and get some digitizing the document.
