I AM A TAX PREPARER SO YOU CAN IMAGINE AT THE BUSIEST TIME HAVING TO RUSH AND GO BUY FORMS OR ORDER ONLINE, IT WAS EASY VERY SELF EXPLANATORY. WOULD LIKE TO SEE ADDITIONAL FEATURES, SAVE THE EIN NUMBER, PREFILL THE SS AND MEDICARE WHEN YOU PUT IN THE AGI.

Nice program. Was able to learn without reading the guide much. Would like the option to pay per document instead of subscribing via monthly or yearly.

user friendly, easy to create and send, very happy with the responsiveness of customer service via email; however, it would be nice to be able to speak to someone on the phone for quick questions.

I can sign paperwork, make changes and do it all without a printer wherever I am in the world.
What do you dislike?
There are some some glitches with the program.. for example to save a document you first have to make a duplicate of it. Also, I thought there was a way to re-number pages but that feature seems to be gone?

I love being able to make changes to offer sign backs without a printer. Even if I'm in my office I still use it to keep the document clean and easy to read.

The tools were pretty easy to use and… The tools were pretty easy to use and overall I found editing my pdf document pretty simply even though I'm not too technically inclined

PDFfiller was an easy and convenient… PDFfiller was an easy and convenient service to use. I filled out my PDF no problem and saved my documents. The customer support team was extremely helpful and accommodating when I needed to change my plan. Highly recommend!
