The forms are good but they would be much better if the user could "snap to" the proper location when typing into a box. Without a "snap to" type guide it is difficult to place the cursor in the correct location within a box and especially difficult to get columns to line up.

After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

Are you one that needs to easily sign documents and return by email? this is the software to use None I really liked how the software navigates you through the document so quickly so you don't forget to fill in any information, and it tells you if the recipient receives it. It's supposed to have just about any document you would need or want but I couldn't find any of the ones I needed. It was frustrating trying to look for a document and not be able to figure out where the list was.

What do you like best? The features and tools of PDF filler editor are really perfect. I can describe it as a strongest online PDF editor in comparison with another services. With this service you dont need any expensive PDF editor softwares like Adobe Acrobat on your own system. What do you dislike? Some fonts and non-Latin languages not supported. What do you like best? The ability to edit almost any part of a pdf has saved me on countless hours of retyping a document for one minor change. The interface is very easy as well What do you dislike? The only improvement I would like to see is the ability to remove sections (cut) and move others into the opening. I am able to correct sentances, paragraphs or simply small typos. The ability to adjust those without redoing an entire document is an amazing benefit.
