Good site/product. The only thing that bothers me is that is seems like when you email from the application (rather than save to your computer and forward) it seemingly wants the recipient to "buy" PDFfiller in order to print or use the pdf. I might have this wrong based on a hurried initial exchange.

Really wanted to make this work for me but I’m afraid it was beyond me.However the trial period which I thought I had cancelled hadn’t gone through then resulted in me receiving a large bill.I panicked thinking they would insist it was to be paid.So I got In touch with them and explained my error.They immediately wrote back and without question refunded my money.It says a lot for a company who responds in this way.I am eternally grateful to them

I found I did not use this service as much as I did in the past, but the automatic renewal of payment had gone through. I contacted CS via Support and received a FULL Refund and cancellation of Auto Pay with in 3 minutes flat. Furthermore, received an email with confirmation of my request!! King of PDF Filling PDFfiller really saves time by allowing you to directly write on the PDF. Previously I had to print it out and fill out the details and have to rescan the document and PDFfiller eliminates all these steps. It's very simple to use as you just have to drop the PDF file which needs to be filled. The biggest advantage is that it also works with a file which is not "fillable" by allowing you to add text and images on it. Often times larger PDF file doesn't work directly so I have to divide it and have to re-upload them again. I think it would be really helpful if PDFfiller allows such functionality by default where it either works directly or ability to divide it on their website.

What do you like best? It has the main features that I'm looking for: I can upload a pdf, add text, remove text, blackout text, etc. It also allows e-signatures. What do you dislike? The process to download files is a little tedious. You have to single-click on the file from a list, then the program takes you to a new page to rename and choose the download location. But if you accidentally double-click on the file, the file will open instead. I've been using this program for years and it still takes me way too long to download a file. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use pdfFiller to fill out forms for work. I used to have to print these forms, complete them by hand, then scan them and shred them. With this program we get to eliminate the use of paper and save time.

Great, however, could be improved with quicker selection of initialing or signing. Maybe a way of clicking at the point of initialing and pasting without having to select each time you have to initial as slow if having to do lots of initialing.
