When I first signed up, I only wanted a personal account. They system did not provide me with an option to choose, that I could see, between accounts. It automatically signed me up for professional and now I have to jump through a few hoops to cancel the pro and sign up for personal.

This has made my life 100x easier. I'm able to complete and sign documents. Then file them with the court & it saves ink and paper cost. Thank you!!!!

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to create forms and to fill out PDF forms. I also like the mobile app.
What do you dislike?
It's a bit slow, and sometimes crashes, requiring you to start over

Paul was fantastic Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I am extremely grateful to him for resolving this issue.

I highly recommend if you just need to… I highly recommend if you just need to do one project I won't comment on the long term part but I signed up for free trial made edits on a 24 page PDF I received via email and to return via email filled out. I was ripped off by two other pdf companies before I tried this one. both times I did 24 pages of work only for it to paywall it and never recover it even after taking my money.THANK YOU PDFFILLER
