It was confusing at first but once I worked out my own bugs it worked very well. Filling out multi formatted forms are cumbersome in changing the markings needed.

I mainly use it to edit papers for my teaching position; it's been very useful to not alter the original format while adding my view point freely on the document.

Can be a simple way to fill out documents. I can fill out a document pretty fast. Its functions are easy to understand. Overall it is easy and anyone can use it even if they are not tech savvy. I don't like how I can't control the fonts and the font size. It automatically selects the font size and sometimes it can not be changed.

One of the best customer service I’ve… One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !! My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work. So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed. I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time. If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them.
