So far so good. I don't know why when I add pictures it doesn't come through in the email. Plus, I don't know how to edit a form once I've completed it.
THe layout is a little confusing. I just wanted to save it to a PDF when I was done.

Worked pretty well for what i needed to do
It takes a little practice, but it is fairly easy to use.
With the pandemic it has been a life saver i work from home on my computer and have to send pdf forms to human resources all the time.
