Top notch customer support I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion. This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements, hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here! Useful for filling out applications. Its been so useful for applications that I'd otherwise have to write by hand. I have arthritis and writing information in tiny spaces is painful and there's never enough room for the answer. This has solved this problem.
