Had some trouble with billing and the customer service was right on it and took care of the problem. Software is good and being able to access various pre-made docs is very nice.
I had problems with locating my saved forms due to setting up my account with the wrong email address and the support team was able to help me rectify the matter. thanks
It is a little hard to figure out how to size and arrange the words so they will all appear on the printed document. I had to redo this several times.
