it is very easy to use
it is very easy to use, it has very clear tool box, however i haven't used it for very long. but this far i am completely satisfied. but i will always give 1 star left because i know there is always a room for improvisation

I had an issue merging documents using my pdf-filler account. I submitted a help ticket and the representatives were prompt in addressing my concerns and quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. THIS PROGRAM IS VERY EASY TO USE, YES IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A NO ONE CARES WHEN IT COMES TO SIGNING AN E-PAD.THIS TO HAD A FEW ISSUES AS FAR AS SIGNING MY NAME, IT WAS STILL VERY HARD TO SIGN MY NAME, BUT THE DIFFERENT OPTIONS THEY OFFER TO HELP YOU ARE GREAT!
I love not having to print forms, then fill them out and scan them. So much time, ink and paper wasted. Using PdfFiller I just upload the document, fill it out and send. Super easy.

Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.

We use it to send out client forms that require a signature. Its much better than sending it in an email because it can all be dealt with online without needing to print, sign and scan back a paper document.
The website is easy to use and makes it easy to find all the features available on the home screen. No need to go poking around in the website. Everything you could want to do to a PDF can be found on the home page.
I have nothing bad to say about Pdffiller. For those that don't want to spend money on the subscription they still offer electronic signature forms.
