This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. I originally downloaded Adobe Flash Player thinking I could make my own PDS I was wrong it was I'm no help. Just by doing a simple internet search. I came across your website it's amazing. It does everything I needed to do and more so happy I found it! I'm a landlord and now I can send applications online and fill out leases online so convenient.

First time user
First time user. It was fast and easy to learn. I hate doing govt forms and this was so simple to use and completed what takes me hours in mionutes.
dont have time to write down proper review, however all necessary features is present, the only lacking feature is to change XML to PDF and from PDF to XML
Kara was VERY helpful
Kara was very helpful, especially in suggesting we do a Zoom screen share, which made some problems I was having with navigation and document publishing much clearer. She should get a raise.
My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding.
