So far, so good. I love the fact that, before I paid--my documents were always saved and not lost. So that later, when I was ready to pay, I didn't have to start over. That was awesome.
This is a good program, but it could be more user friendly. Copying the edited PDF from the online program to my desktop was more difficult than it should have been.That said, I was able to accomplish what I wanted via this program.
What do you like best?
I love the variety of functions available in PDF Filler. I also love how easy it is to use, Highly recommended for anyone working quickly in a remote environment for documents that need edits, signatures, etc.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I get logged out ... not a real problem, but as I work from multiple computers sometimes it adds and extra step for me.

Good for quick edits and Esigs
PDF filler has helped me edit pdf's for clients, some clients want quick edits, and this program makes it very easy to do so.
I like that it is quick, simple, and functional. When you draft up a pdf to be E-signed and edited you can't ask for much more.
There's honestly not too much to dislike, they could use a UI overhaul as it feels outdated, I wish that it was free to use.

I use PDF filler to fill in work forms. I love that I can get my signature easily, and ask others to sign forms! This is great for school paperwork.
I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.
Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Great customer service. No hassle refund when I forgot to cancel before my free trial ended, I very much appreciate a company that operates this way!
Wish it was more affordable
Works great and seems to be the only app that put everything in the proper format for editing. My only complaint is that it isn't more affordable, especially for first year subscriptions I feel like there should be a discount so that you can truly decide if spending that much at once is worth it to you and your business needs.
