While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. I really resent automatice renewals. Hence I went with the month to month as my need for your program may only be for a short time.
Needed immediate access to a form and an option for signatures and PDFfiller worked really well for me. I signed up for the wrong plan but didn't realize it and someone from PDFfiller contacted me and asked how I would like to proceed. They also refunded my money for the incorrect plan,and made sure I had the correct amount charged for the correct plan. Forms are easy to use. Very impressed so far.

i love it but i have a few things i don't know how to do like if I download a pdf and want to make more space for a word i don't know how to do that. you cant just hit the space bar and move it.

Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. So far I am really liking pdfFiller. It's simple to use and has many tools at your finger tips that makes filling out paperwork even easier when you can't get ink for your printer, or you own your business where filling out important documents just looks much neater when done on computer than your own chicken scratch.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
