I found this by accident trying to find a 1500 free medical form but wasn't looking forward to filling it out by hand. We are a dental office just starting to use medical coding for new procedures. I am very happy with PDF filler. I have only used it for one document so far, but I have no complaints except for the pop up every time you open the form.
It could be a little more user friendly. If I did not have the experience with computers that I have I would have just quit. But I got the job done as needed
Very helpful for merging and deleting un needed pages in documents! Only issue is loosing the ability for the fillable spaces I created when I upload.

Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.
