Not a full 5 because I felt as though there was a bit of deception as far as the subscription process was concerned but my problem was resolved quickly and more importantly EASILY!
As far as PDFfiller as a program, it is EXCELLENT and EASY!!!! No hassle!
This product worked beautifully! I would continue an ongoing subscription but only needed for some back tax forms. Very nice product. I especially liked that I could save it in Word to continue working on it after the subscription ended. Thank you.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Great multi functional PDF editing software. Handy to unlock and edit PDF files and convert, rearrange, reformat etc etc
Graphical interface is lacking, but the software works so effortlessly that this does not impact on the functionality

the two forms that I needed to fill out for Social Security,SSA-3368 and SSA-827 ,your system had the forms to fill out and to print up the filled out forms so I can fax the document to them. very easy to follow steps to make sure you fill out the form fully
