user friendly, easy to create and send, very happy with the responsiveness of customer service via email; however, it would be nice to be able to speak to someone on the phone for quick questions.
I have enjoyed my experience with PDFFiller, the price was reasonable, and I have gotten every feature that I need and expected. It's truly a great service.
PDF filler- Great for client invoices and forms
Great time and paper saver. Allows me to send forms write through email and receive them back.
An easy to use option for clients to enable transfer of information without needing to print and scan documents.
Not everyone is familiar with it.
Sometimes it is difficult to select the text box to edit. Some people can't do the signiture option.
Very easy to use. Have saved me so much time.
Saves time by not having to re-type documents and I can just add in names on pre-typed forms. It has been instrumental for changing contracts and names on documents
I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.
the features are good, but the interfaces are a bit clunky.
For example creating document sub folders wasn't as intuitive as other applications. Additionally there are some documents I would like to move to Trash, but once it been sent out for E-sign it appears it can't be trashed, so I had to move them to a folder.
