At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. Have been using PDF filler for about a week. We decided to use it for our company because it was secure, had all the functionality and more than competitors. It was also had a better price point for our purposings.
Found it difficult to navigate through at first but after using it a few times I figured out what I needed to get done but I'm sure there are easier ways to do things in there....
I had used a free trial to recomplete a teacher application. However, I ended up cancelling when I didn't find it to be as user friendly as I thought it would be . I was charged when the one-month subscription was up and wrote to let them know I had a snip of my cancelled screen.They were very responsive and I was able to get a full refund. "
So easy to use
So easy to use. I filled in 3 very long PDF forms and they look so much better typed than filled in with my scruffy handwriting. I'll definitely use this service again.
What do you like best?
I print and distribute numerous emails every week. As such, I have tried quite a bit of PDF software over the past several years, I have seen that pdfFiller does everything I need, every time, in an easy-to-use way. There is none better for the price.
What do you dislike?
At times, it is difficult to find a saved file from within Google Chrome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before making a selection, make sure to use evaluation versions. It's a shame to get saddled down with something and later discover that it's not right for you.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There is one peculiarity that I encounter every week. The first file that I modify is saved in the appropriate folder, and the browser shows me where to find it. For some peculiar reason, I have a hard time finding every file that I save after that. It could be an issue with the browser.
