pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
I had to refile my last 4 years 1040 and all tax docs.
After going through the IRS web docs but unable to edit them I found all the docs on the PDFfiller website.
After a little work with the editors I was able to process professional docs. I bought a year sub and look to see if I can use this app for other business uses.
Life saver !
My experience with this PDFfiller has been amazing to say the least !
This software is a life saver in so many ways! When making any kind of document or adjusting a word, date or time on a document this allows me to fix all my mistakes !
This softwares has no flaws in my opinion it's very self explanatory and has given me absolutely no issues this far.
Fair and excellent experience
I did not manage to effectively cancel my subscription during the trial period but pdfFiller did refund me the license fee with no problem at all
I love the PDF Filler. The only thing I don't like is the fact that when editing the font changes from the original font on the form that I am trying to edit.
What do you like best?
It is very easy to use and user friendly. It is also easy to add fields and fill them in. When I am creating a document, I can also easily share them with each of our employee accounts. I also like how I am able to remove an employees account from having access to the documents with a click of a button.
What do you dislike?
I wish our technicians were able to use the app without internet service. In some cases, we do not have access to service, and we are unable to fill out our paperwork. It would also be nice to be able to add more than 4 other people to the account without having to get a corporate account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has all you could ever need all in one place. We have used the SignNow and faxing features, in addition to the typical use for pdfFiller.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are able to keep all of our paperwork in one place, and the technicians are able to access it on their phones. This has made it easier to make sure all technicians are getting the correct paperwork for every job, and with the different accounts, we are able to hold the technicians accountable.
Chatted online to cancel and refund $96 that I was charged and I got a pretty friendly guy named Peter! He was sweet and fast! If I needed this particular application again, I would definitely reuse them!!!
