Hard to find the erase button. But after I asked, I found it buried in the "tools" --seems like it should be more visible. Love the tool's simplicity otherwise.
5 stars - but I am putting in 4 right now because I need to learn how to print on larger paper which means I have to go through the instructions to figure out how. But I am very pleased so far.
I discovered PDFfiller.com during a Google search. I wanted to fill in a job application professionally instead of hand written. How very nice of them to let me try it for free. I've tried other free services in this same manner and they were just too difficult to work with when I'm in a hurry. I was perplexed when my money was deducted without prior notice. I didn't know what to do at first because I thought that refund couldn't be possible but I decided to reach out to them despite the uncertainty.
I was happy with the services rendered, the customer relationship and grateful for the refund. The service is customer friendly and has quick response to issues.

Overall I'm satisfied, however, the edit tool is giving me some trouble. While I can edit, my corrections are not being saved :0(
