Like that it remembers where I was in filling in the forms. Filling in was a little awkward on the government forms I was working with. Would help to have a built in tracking mechanism to determine progress.
I just wanted to fill one document but I don't have full adobe on this machine. Then I wanted to print and I had to buy it to print which was okay as I need a system. It works great now that I am learning how it flows.
ISSUE TOTALLY RESOLVED
My issue with PDF Filler had been totally resolved. Their customer service reached out to me and took care of this billing issue within 48 hours.
This software has solved many problems for a few clients, well done.
Being able to host the forms online for anyone to fill out, which is something that I couldn't find with any other software.
No way to remove the flow of fields, you are just able to move the order around, which is very annoying as well.
The experience was good, glad to be able to complete a 'Regie du logement' lease online and to maintain our paperless way of working. The text box takes more time than I'd like to align.

I find this software to exceed my expectations. I especially love the library. That is the main reason I bought in.
