Although I found it quite confusing I eventually understood it better. The Customer care that I was able to contact using the system was very helpful.
Since this was my first experience using this app. I found it to be very user friendly. I am sure it will be simpler with additional experience.

It's been awesome! Not sure why when I click some lines it makes the texts smaller, then I have to make the larger to fit the rest of the doc. But it's an amazing tool!
