Just started. Quite happy so far. Still a little confused. When I am bringing up the same patient from last week when we just signed up, kind of confusing for us. It is okay now when we see the small icon to print from, because we only have two patients, but it is a trial and error because you can't really read the patient's name until the last phase of the print screen. This will be an impossible task once we get 10-20 patients. We need to learn more about it. Also, do you have a clearinghouse feature so that we can just submit the claim electronically?

App produces error during install for smartphones. Should favor browser entry, or at least make link more prominent. Also, the way that some of the advanced features are not available to a subscription is a bit misleading they way they are presented IMO... At the very least, the base subscription should provide limited quantities of some of the more advanced features... (monthly counter etc.) ~ Because the casual user may really benefit from these features (in low volume.) And there's little incentive to not just "get by" with the free services if they're not available.

I like the program It is not too complicated. The monthly fee is a bit too high I am not certain that I will be able to keep it past the free trial period. $20 per month is way off the mark; unless you have lots of cash flow. Just seems like $6-$8 per month would be more in line with the value of the product.

Easy to use and has a wide variety of tools. Makes it easy to go paperless. Great price for the number of features it offers. Highly recommend.

Added the ability to have forms sent and signed the same day when working with partners out of state. Stores my forms in one location making them easy to locate.

I've just started the trial service but… I've just started the trial service but so far I'm finding the software very user friendly. I've uploaded an application used by our non-profit and marked all the fields needing completion. It was very easy to do. Testing has gone well. Looking forward to using this for our membership drive.

Wonderful and fast support team! I was in need of this service and it worked seamlessly and has a lot of options during the free trial that I had access to. I was not in need of the 1-year subscription that I was charged for. I reached out to their support team when I saw the charge come through and they canceled my subscription as well as fully reversed the charge with no hassle at all. This is a very useful service for those who need to edit pdfs frequently! Anna from their support team did a wonderful job and was very pleasant to work with.
