Ability to add notes to PDFs for my clients. It really does help answer questions for them much faster and help them understand the document better.
What do you dislike?
I wish I could merge and rearrange documents without it costing more to upgrade to do so. Would also be nice if If could set two password when securing a file. One for client and my master password

easy software to use and afords most of the functions that I need
the ease of use and the price, availability of pdf acord forms on line, and ability to revise forms with the pdf fromat
does not have some of the functions that would make it even more useful to an insurance agent, i.e. the ability to attach emails and the ability to document conversations for reference and use of other team members

Not very user friendly
Not very user friendly. The "sign-up" commitment is not good... Inevitably some people will forget to cancel and then will be hit with a high annual charge...

I enjoyed great services provided by pdfFiller through an annual plan. I used their service in all my dealings with pdf documents. Then for professional reasons, I had to cancel my subscription, and pdfFiller team was extremely kind in offering me a full refund of my subscription fee. Just after 3 minutes of sending them a message, they responded back explaining the details of my refund process. That is what I call a great customer care and professionalism! PDFfiller is useful enough if you know how to use it properly. This is utilized in our company for signing in our timesheet and it helps me to become more productive. In just a second I can automatically attach my e-signature.

Using this software, I can easily attached my e-signature and I can easily submit the required document needed to process my payroll. Sharing the pdf is as easy as including the email of the persons whom you want to share your file. Using this software, I became empowered in the sense that I can do multiple jobs simultaneously while I am on the go with my work.
If you are not familiar with how pdf works, it is hard to use the advanced functionalities of this software. As a new user, you need to spend time navigating the useful features of PDFfiller. I also encountered an issue in converting pdf to word-document format.
