It has worked well. Minor issues that were easy for me to figure out. I wish there was a vertical line to assist in lining up edits needed on the documents once in pdffiller. Also it would be convenient to have an all document pagination - or if there is one, ease of finding it.
It worked great with one exception. On my form the lines that I highlighted did not highlight everything in the printed version. Other than that, it worked great.
I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!
Used pdfFiller product during free trial period, met my needs with an important document that was needed to process timely application. Being retired, just do not need entire year of the service. I have really enjoyed using the software. I use it on my iPhone, on my windows PC, on my Mac and my iPad so it's a multiplatform Holy Grail. I still use the program. Have it installed on all my computers and IOS devices. there are a lot of features that I've not used so I can't truly say much about them, but overall I'd definitely recommend the program to others.
I am a Landlord and own several properties. I previously have used DocuSign to obtain a tenants signature on a tenancy agreement. PDFiller is so much more flexible and would give google all the stars they deceiver for this product. Many Thanks. Franz.
