I love this program, it is very helpful. However, I would like to see more PDF editing tools available, so I can do things visually, such as cropping, re-sizing, etc...
3 times I have contacted PDFFiller support and every time they have responded in less than 30 minutes. This is the fastest support service I have ever encountered.
Nice service, but entering in text into some of the fields can result in wonky formatting if more text than can be displayed is entered. And it's not easy to re-visit the fields and edit/shorten the text.
Might be signing up again because of the combine pdf feature you offer. Adobe couldn’t even combine my pdfs for whatever reason. I would need a slightly cheaper subscription then you offer.

I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the PDFfiller support team and received their response very swiftly. The instructions received via email were very clear and easy to follow. I was able to fix the issue within a very short time. I'm really impressed by the efficiency and quality of customer support.
It's essential for digital nomads. Since my base is in the US. I rely on these solutions to continue operations in the US from abroad. I would integrate payment systems, especially with the banking networks to be able to send money orders or checks physically. And I would suggest connecting with virtual offices to be able to interact with clients in a virtual office setting. I'm thinking a virtual secretary solution... just some thoughts to improve.

Completed what I needed done. The reason for 4 stars is because you force people to sign up for a monthly subscription versus just charging for the one time use of the feature.
They have been very prompt in getting back to me with any problems and questions. Sometimes, it takes two or more days, but eventually, they get back to me.
