After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.
A great time saver and gives downloaded documents a consistent and better appearance. The Guide is easy to follow, clear and well organized. Guide is well organized and very helpful. I am using PDFfiler more than I thought I would.
For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

PDF is helpful software for the Certificates of Insurance and Acord forms need for my business clients. In my experience this software helps me to be able to expedite request from my clients in a timely manner.
The software is user friendly. Easy to manage all Certificates that are needed in my business.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success.
