I am not very computer literate although the system is simple enough to work with that I can do everything so far. I need to edit a scanned document and this is more challenging any help would be appreciated.
Graphic arrows in the pdf are represented by the letter U. Can't move inserted text to new location. Circle is useless, odd shape, can't resize without border getting too thick and covering item to circle.
A great time saver and gives downloaded documents a consistent and better appearance. The Guide is easy to follow, clear and well organized. Guide is well organized and very helpful. I am using PDFfiler more than I thought I would.

I like the ease to update a document quickly and effectively.

I wish that it was more intuitive I.e. when I erase something, ask what I’d like to do next and learn my behavior.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Took a little time to figure out how to do more than one signature on a single document, but the Support Team was helpful and patient with me as I learned.
I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.
