I thought I would use the free trial and then cancel... I have found myself using it over and over again. It has saved me lots of paper and much time.
I like the ease of use. I do think the help system needs and upgrade. Should have a searchable index. It is hard to find topics. I am an experienced software guy and just want to find out how to do thinks.
i thought it was a free program but I needed to pay for it when I tried to print the document, it required payment. I did so, but then complained to the company and they fully refunded my money

Good utility but service was even better
I used this a couple of times. It was good, but other than that specific task I had no use of it, I let the trial run out and a week after I was charged and they were gracious enough to give me a refund and cancel the subscription with no fuss. Greatly appreciated.

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. I love that I do not have to download anything to my computer. I can go straight to the website, upload my document or file, and then have it converted into a PDF within seconds. It is super fast and the PDFs look great.
I have used PDFfiller numerous times, and there is not one thing I can think of that I do not like about it.
Scary since I am using lots of numbers for an IRS form and I've forgotten which email I've used and what my password is and I have to redo this form. I need training.
