I use it to fill out government and medical forms for personal reasons. It could be used for any form you might need to complete.
It's very easy to use and has tons of forms available. You can upload unique forms and it works great on those too.
I have had some issues finding forms I've completed.
I needed to make editable changes to a document in a short window of time. PDF Filler did the job!
User-friendly and it saved the first draft so I had time to purchase a trial run of the software in order to save the final version on my PC.
I wish that I could've been able to log in and get right to my previously saved work faster. The intro screen and the print screen were rather busy.

I liked their services
I liked their services, but didn't need them long term. I had thought that I had canceled my account right afterward, but still was charged when the trial period was up. I contacted them on a Sunday, expecting it to take a few days and be a nightmare. Even though it was the weekend they had it taken care of and refunded to me within a few hours! I would definitely use them again because of how trustworthy and understanding the staff was. Good job PDF Filler Team!

That the application makes editing documents that can be difficult to edit in certain formats simple.

I dislike that there are some formats that this application cannot edit.

Solving the problem of editing time documents that get distorted in Google Docs or Microsoft. The benefit of being able to cut major time from editing projects by utilizing the many features.

I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. Great customer experience with this company. Very responsive to technical questions and billing service cared more about our satisfaction than most companies even though it wasn't to their direct bottom line advantage. Will use them again surely.
