Thought it was too expensive and did not see the 70% discount for paying annually instead of monthly and do want that discount and as such a large partial refund of the $120 we were charged

This program is easy to use, has the forms I needed. Easy fill, print and save. Great online program. Accomplished exactly what I needed to without having to search all over for the forms.
I have been using PDFfiller for years introducing the product to companies that I have been employed and in my personal life. I think it is a great product for producing documents, faxing, email, changing forms with ease or having documents signed in a quick and efficient manner. Has a free trial, has many tools, easy to use and has template searching capabilities.
If you have the basic plan, customer support could take 24 hours to get to you. If you have the premium plan, customer support answers immediately.
I've been wanting to look look for a program to make documents online friendly and I'm so happy to have found your pdfFiller it was even more than I hoped for.
I am able to send out docs for signing and convert from Word to PDf, would love to learn more!

Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc.
What do you dislike?
The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.
