Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Thank you Katrina and, as I promised, when our company is financially able to afford this wonderful product, I will once again be a customer. The only complaint that I have is that in the editing section it isn't user friendly. For me I had to just rewrite my whole paragraph since it wasn't easy to just copy and paste! Otherwise I am really pleased with the pdf revise site.Jacqueline Radell- McRaney
